Murra Southern Hire has been engaged as the primary supplier of traffic equipment for the Bobbin Head Road night maintenance works. Equipment has been deployed around several locations to advise motorists of road closures and detours.
Batemans Bay Link Road Project - TfNSW
The Transport for NSW - South Batemans Bay Link Road project was completed in early 2024. This 2 year project was close to our hearts, as a local business we partnered with Transport for NSW to provide a range of traffic equipment. This project is extremely beneficial for the community to relieve congestion and reduce travel times in Batemans Bay.
Sydney Airport - Fulton hogan

Murra Southern Hire mobilised 5 VMS boards across the Sydney Domestic Terminal for our commerical client Fulton Hogan.
This particular contract required us to deliver and maintain equipment with least distruption to the public and airport workers.
Oyster Festival Narooma - Eurobodalla Shire Council

The Oyster Festival is one of the largest events on the NSW South Coast, bringing visitors from across Australia annually in May.
Our VMS Trailers provided important safety and access information for patrons.
Batemans Bay - NSW Fisheries
Over the past 3 years Murra Southern Hire has been providing VMS message boards for NSW Fisheries throughout the holiday seasons.
During Christmas and Easter school holidays we have mobilised equipment ensuring safety information is visible for visitors to the region.
South Coast NSW Bridge Maintenance - TfNSW
As part of ongoing Bridge Maintenance projects across NSW South Coast, Transport for NSW have engaged Murra Southern Hire to provide VMS Trailers for Bridge works in Narooma, Brogo and Snowy Mountains Highway.
Wollongong & Sydney Metro - Traffic Logistics
Murra Southern Hire deployed 20 sets of portable traffic lights for road maintenance and construction applications across the Wollongong, Illawarra and Sydney Metro. We were proud to partner with Traffic Logistics for this particular contract and expand our fleet and equipment offering. Murra Southern Hire and Traffic Logistics have been working in partnership to expand their Aboriginal business supply chain across Government contracts.
